White Oleander

I read White Oleander because I heard about it on Oprah. I was so busy with my kids I didn't think I would have the time to read a book but White Oleander got me straight in the heart. It was so powerful. I am hoping the movie is just as good. I really love Renee Zellweger ("Bridget Jones's Diary") and Robin Wright Penn ("The Pledge") and of course Michelle Pfeiffer. I loved her in "A Midsummer's Nights Dream." That's got to be one of best rolls to play in theater. So what does everyone else think? Will White Oleander be half as good as the book, because if it's only half as good as the book it's good enough to see on the big screen.

I saw the movie, and loved it. Michelle Pfeiffer is a great crazy/control freak mom. The movie starts with the suitcases, I went back to look at them after the movie. Whoever did those is a genius. I love making collages and they are an inspiration.

Did you ever find out who did the suitcases in the movie?
