For years I have said when is Kaye Gibbons going to come out with a new book! Just loved her brilliant Charms for the Easy Life and Ellen Foster. But…..this story of a beautiful Southern Belle verbally and emotionally abused by her rich husband was not the multi layered, deceptively simple, morality tale full of rich characters we have come to expect from KG! Read instead the aforementioned….
