Chris-Anthem by Mona Telor

What do Eleanor Roosevelt, Big Bangs & Chrysanthemums have in common? Find out in this tale of 2 soul-sisters on the ultimate quest!

The Prologue reads: 'There is a saying which goes "You've got to do your own growing, no matter how tall your grandfather was." I believe this sums up the concept behind Chris-Anthem.

While this story is what I calla "fictionalized account", the relationship between me and the title character is a very real one. Some of the events actually happened and some did not. (I'll leave that up to your imagination!) But the inspiration I have taken from knowing Chris spurred the telling of this tale. She was a bright light in the darnkess during confused times and an encouraging guide through the maze which is life.

I actually ower her much more than this anthem, but perhaps sharing her wisdoms herein is a small way I can say "Thanks".'
