Iggie, Ruth and Ninny
I have read the book Fried Green Tomatoes, and have watched the movie every time that it is on. It is one of my all time favorites. I always thought that Ninny was Iggy but as I am watching it right now I just realized that Ninny says that she was married to Iggys' Brother so that kills that idea!!!! Also I have always found it odd that in the beginning when Buddy gets killed Ruth is an adult, and Iggy is a child, but then all of a sudden when Ruth comes back to try to pull Iggy out of her "funk" they are the same age!!!! Interesting that's all.
