"I can go anywhere on any Windows PC and get connected to the internet." That is the total problem today. You (AND ANYTHING ELSE) can go anywhere on a Windows machine and connect to the internet. 95 percent of the spam and junk that is bothering my open system is coming from the PCs with the totally nonsecure OS that you are raving about. Congress has to get off their duff and pass the "Insecure Client Prohibition Act No. SN3349-34.acd" that will prohibit any nonsecure OS from being connected to the Internet until a bond is posted and the owner is licensed. Unfortunately, that probably won't happen till next year. krff
