Addendum to the article by Understudy on Friday August 22, @03:54AM I recently had a reader point out an error that that I made in the article. When using ipnat.rules you need to have a line in the kernel that says: options   IPFILTER   #kernel ipfilter support So I have added to the article a section on kerenl recompiling, including the steps needed to add the line and customize the kernel.
