Somewhere buried in the articles and replies, Jason hinted at someone writing a Make World article. I can't find the orginal quote, but I remember it. So here we go.

Well another howto: . This time on how to upgrade your FreeBSD OS. This includes some heavy notes on how to use mergemaster also. Mergemaster is your friend when doing a trip through Make World.The article is broken down here for quick reference.
