If I have a problem or question about my order, who do I contact?

This site features items sold through dozens of different vendors. When you purchase an item, you are purchasing from the vendor, not this site. Thus, all returns, exchanges or questions about your order need to be addressed to the vendor.

I want to purchase more than one item, but I can't get them all to appear in my basket. Why not?

If you are purchasing items that are carried by different vendors, the items will have separate shopping carts because they are being purchased from different companies.

After I clicked on an item, I tried to use my "Back" button, but it didn't work. Why not?

When you click on a specific item for purchase information, the details will open in a new window at the vendor site. To return to "Something For Everyone" you just need to close the item window.

When I click on an item, nothing happens or a blank window opens up.

There are two possible reasons:

1. If nothing happens, it could mean the the window opened underneath your current window. This shouldn't happen, but sometimes it can happen accidentally if you click on the main window. Minimize the main window to see if the item information is hidden under it.

2. If nothing happens, or a blank window appears, then the vendor site might be experiencing problems. Try the link again later.

After I clicked on the item, a new window opened up, but the item I wanted wasn't there.

If this happens, it may mean the item has been discontinued. Sometimes the item is available but the link has changed. If there is a search box on the page that comes up, try using it and you might find the item available. I try to check the links regularly, but sometimes it takes a while to find a broken one.
